Story Line
Nikhil Sood is a police officer who works a lot and gets paid very little. One night, he receives a call on the emergency helpline number 100 from a woman who says she is going to kill herself. Nikhil claims that he needs her information to aid him, but the woman initially hesitates and then refuses, claiming that she will be dead soon anyway.
Prerna, Nikhil's wife, calls to tell him that she thinks their son Dhruv may return to selling drugs. She keeps telling him that Dhruv also leaves home late for late night shifts. Nikhil calls his son, explains to him and he quickly returns home. But before that, the woman who called Nikhil and told him to kill herself arrives at his house and takes Prerna hostage. The woman forces Prerna to sit in her car, who then calls Nikhil. After a second conversation, he learns that the woman is Seema Palav, whose son was killed in a hit-and-run case and hit by a rich, spoiled brat named Yash Mehra. The woman believes that Dhruv was also involved in closing the case, for which she blames pressure from influential people in the city. Seema's only intention is to take revenge by killing Yash, which is why she has taken possession of Prerna. She wants Yash to come to her from Dhruv. The rest of the story is decided by whether she succeeds or not.
