Shiva is a member of the I.B. who listens in on people's calls and messages to offer assistance if necessary. He created software that tracked the phones of the needy to listen to them. On March 16, he hears Charlie/Shalini talk about her desire to receive a scholarship to the United States with her friend if she achieves a score of 98% in her exams from 96%. She decides to go on a blind date with a guy because she thinks it will help her focus on her studies. She follows Shiva, and the two of them begin to fall in love. However, his job makes it difficult for him to concentrate on his love life. The evening of 28 April, Shiva pays attention to a little kid asking her companion for help as she is separated from everyone else in her home and terrified, because of inaccessibility of power in her home, while every other person on her road has the accessibility.
Shiva sends his police officer friend Renuka to the girl's address to assist her because he is alarmed. However, the grisly deaths of the two women make headlines in the news the following day. Shiva visits the scene of the crime and quits the IB out of guilt; however, his father encourages him to track down the perpetrator. Shiva sets out to observe the girl's conversations and whereabouts, and he learns that a man followed her to a cafe. Shiva is able to locate another person who knew the stalker thanks to Facebook. He travels to the village where the stalker grew up with the information provided and begins his search there. Shiva finally acquires information about the man's past from an elderly villager. At a cemetery, Sudalai/Bhairavudu lived with his mother, father, and younger brother.
To feed his family, Sudalai/Bhairavudu's father had to perform funeral rites. As a result, Sudalai/Bhairavudu suffers from S.P.D. and develops an unusual desire to kill victims and observe their families in mourning. At some point, a town kid observer him killing somebody, where he uncovers this to the locals. The angry crowd made the decision to set fire to Sudalai/Bhairavudu's house, killing his parents. Sudalai/Bhairavudu, enraged, and his younger brother fled the village to continue their murderous spree. Shiva discovers that he is actually Sudalai/Bhairavudu's brother after catching Sudalai/Bhairavudu in a dense hideout after a roller coaster chase in Wonderla. When Sudalai/Bhairavudu appears on Live with a mask on, he reveals that he killed 23 people and hid their bodies in 23 pillars of a metro bridge. He also reveals that he intends to destroy a hospital and threatens the people to spare his brother's life.
In front of the 23 people's families, including Sudalai/Bhairavudu, who is hiding in the crowd, Shiva kills Sudalai/Bhairavudu's brother. Shiva learns of Sudalai/Bhairavudu's plans to kill Shiva's family when his mother calls and tells him she is afraid because their house doesn't have electricity while everyone else on the street does, just like the girl who died earlier. Shiva is able to save his family with the assistance of his teammates; However, Sudalai/Bhairavudu's next target is Shiva himself, who is impaled on a truck and tries to kill him on his way home. Shiva slowly gets better and goes back to looking for Bhairavudu or Sudalai, the man he shot before he went unconscious. Shiva derives that Sudalai/Bhairavudu has stowed away himself in a house where he can recuperate, yet has detained the proprietors.
Using innovation and nearby women, Shiva tracks down Sudalai/Bhairavudu and captures him, yet Sudalai/Bhairavudu lets him know that he had previously arranged a stone fall in the city. While Sudalai/Bhairavudu escapes from police custody and continues his plan to destroy a hospital, Shiva is able to stop the big rock. Due to a misunderstanding, Charlie/Shalini refuses to tell Shiva about the targeted hospital. Shiva locates her taxi and inquires about the hospital from her. Shiva rushes to the hospital and begins to evacuate the patients inside. He was able to save as many patients as he could, but he was unable to save some, which broke his heart. Sudalai/Bhairavudu sees Shiva's grieveness and becomes pleased. Shiva and Sudalai/Bhairavudu battle where Shiva overwhelms and kills Sudalai/Bhairavudu and informs the media regarding the significance of helping other people.
